Orders placed on oncrux.com are processed Monday-Friday 8am to 3pm PST (excluding major holidays) and shipped within 1-2 business days from when the order is placed. Pending clearance of payment authorization and verification. Once your order is processed and shipped you will receive an email notification of your tracking information.
OnCrux.com ships to all 50 states, offering both a Standard and Express service. Shipping charges:
- Standard – $4.99
- Express – $7.99 *Choosing expedited shipping does not bypass the 1-2 business day processing period*

If for any reason your order is canceled, please allow up to 2-3 business days for the payment to be reversed. If it has not appeared by then, please reach out to our customer service team at email@example.com.

We stand by our products 100%! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase simply return the product to us undamaged within 14 days and we will issue a full refund of your purchase amount. Note, we do not provide pre-paid shipping labels. You must send back unwanted products at your own expense.
